Joe Burrow is officially a Cincinnati Bengals quarterback.
That’s a beautiful statement we can all finally say, and it’s hopefully the beginning of a special career for the Athens product in the Queen City.
While everyone expected Burrow to be the pick for the last five months, we can finally celebrate the beginning of the Burrow era with the Bengals.
Now, fans can see the moment Bengals head coach Zac Taylor called Burrow to let him know he was officially a Bengal.

Almost as soon as Cincinnati took him with the No. 1 overall pick, Burrow sent out a short message on Twitter that will only add the excitement of his arrival.
Enough talk. Time to get to work. https://t.co/EAK97ZePE8

You really can’t say it any better. Everything has been talk to this point, and now that it’s official, talking season is over. Now, Burrow and the Bengals can begin working on making next season and the years to come a special period of Cincinnati football.
It will be a while until we see Burrow on a field in a Bengals uniform due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but rest assured Bengals fans. It’s coming, and it will be well worth the wait.
