Chad Johnson became the stimulus package America needed

It’s that time once again to appreciate the philanthropic efforts of one Chad Johnson.

After expressing discontent with the $1,200 stimulus checks President Trump distributed to the American public months ago, Johnson took it upon himself to bestow thousands of his own money to some of his Twitter followers that needed it the most.

Sure enough, a week passed and by midday on July 1st, Johnson had kept his promise and maxed out his weekly withdrawal amount of $150,000.

By viewing the tweets on Johnson’s profile page from the 1st, you can infer that the money found the pockets of those who reached out.

The start of July is a critical day for millions of Americans and their rent payments. July 15th also became the official tax day of the year after it got pushed back from April due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Back in May, Johnson left a $1k tip at a Florida restaurant that had just re-opened after quarantine.

The charitable nature of one of the Bengals’ greatest players is something we will always recognize.
