The Bengals released their jersey schedule. We now know what uniforms the team will be wearing each week.

The hype surrounding Joe Burrow's first NFL pass been has been thick enough to skate on as the Bengals rush to Sunday's opener (4:05 p.m.-Cincinnati's Local 12) against the Chargers at Paul Brown Stadium.

"We just have to make sure that we bring our own energy on Sunday, and be fired up and ready to play," said Bengals head coach Zac Taylor, noting the unique circumstances of this year's opener. "We've had the crowd noise on at practice that they're going to be playing in the stadium (during the game). But this isn't something we're going to make any excuse for. We just have to make the most of it, and control what we can control."

Bengals Sign LB Keandre Jones and G Keaton Sutherland To The Practice Squad
Sutherland (6-5, 315), a second-year player out of Texas A&M, originally was a college free agent signee of the Bengals in 2019. He was on Cincinnati's practice squad for the first two games last season, then was elevated to the roster and played in Game 3 before being waived on Sept. 25. He was claimed on waivers by Miami, and went on to play in three games (two starts) for the Dolphins. He was with Miami all offseason, before being waived at final cuts.

Cincinnati Bengals release 2020 uniform schedule
The Bengals will showcase the black jerseys for the home opener on Sept. 13 hosting the Los Angeles Chargers. The black jerseys will also be worn in Week 4 at home versus the Jacksonville Jaguars, Week 7 against the Cleveland Browns, Week 14 against the Dallas Cowboys and Week 17 hosting the Baltimore Ravens.

John Ross III is listed as the starting outside wide receiver opposite A.J. Green. Second-round pick Tee Higgins is listed as Ross' backup. Third-year cornerback Darius Phillips is listed as a starter as well. He beat out LeShaun Sims in training camp for that spot after Trae Waynes suffered a torn pectoral muscle.

Bengals 2020 uniform schedule: Color rush weeks and full schedule
Tuesday, the team announced the full season’s jersey schedule. Fans who can’t wait to see Burrow in the black and white color rush versions will have to wait until Week 8 against the Tennessee Titans. The Bengals will then wear them again in Week 12 against the New York Giants.

Broncos LB Von Miller undergoes MRI after suffering lower leg injury in practice
The multi-time Pro Bowl and All-Pro Broncos linebacker suffered a lower leg injury on Tuesday and will undergo an MRI to determine its severity, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport and NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported. Rapoport added that Miller injured his ankle in practice and the team fears the test could yield a potentially season-ending diagnosis.

Mike Tomlin: James Conner is Steelers 'bell cow,' 'primary ball-toter'
Conner has the talent to carry the Steelers offense, earning 973 yards and 12 rushing TDs in 2018, while adding 55 catches and 497 receiving yards with an additional score. Last year, however, Conner dealt with injuries that wiped out six games and took him out early in two others.
