The Cincinnati Bengals have announced the following roster moves:

  • Signed linebacker Joe Bachie to the active 53-man roster from the practice squad.
  • Restored tight end Thaddeus Moss to the practice squad from the practice squad injured list.

Bachie, a second-year player by way of the Michigan State Spartans, was originally a college free agent signee of the New Orleans Saints in 2020. He joined the Bengals on waivers in May, and has played in two games for Cincinnati this season as a practice squad player elevated to the active roster for game day. He has one tackle on special teams.

Moss, a second-year player, had been on the practice squad injured list with a head/neck injury since Sept. 30. He’s been on the Bengals practice squad all season after spending 2020 on injured reserve with the Washington Football Team due to a foot injury. Moss has yet to appear in a regular-season game but did play collegiately with Joe Burrow while with the LSU Tigers.
