Bengals great Chad Johnson will be Ruler Jungle when Browns come to town

The Bengals will hopefully be celebrating as much as Chad Johnson used to on Sunday.

Washington Redskins vs Cincinnati Bengals

The Cincinnati Bengals have started to add to the home game experience for fans with Ruler of the Jungle each week. This week — with a very important matchup with the Cleveland Browns — Cincinnati will be led by former-Bengal wide receiver Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson.

Johnson may be one of the best picks for the Ruler of the Jungle. He may be one of the biggest reason that many Bengals fans are even supporters of the team. His constant celebrations were a reason to tune in each week, and his success and celebrations coincided with the 2005 season that may have been the best Bengals team since the turn of the millennia.

These Bengals are no strangers to celebrations. Joe Mixon and Ja’Marr Chase have each had seven opportunities to dance this season, and they haven’t disappointed. From the Griddy to the Thriller last week, fans have had a reason to cheer.

Cincinnati has done a great job of embracing the past recently. Especially when Joe Burrow and Tee Higgins revived the No. 9 to No. 85 connection. They got a chance to talk with Carson Palmer and Johnson. Johnson was also a big part of the uniform reveal.

Johnson is the Ruler of the Jungle this week, but it won’t be long till he finds himself in the Ring of Honor.
