As the offseason is just getting started for the Cincinnati Bengals, the biggest focus remains the health of Joe Burrow.
Currently rehabbing from a torn ACL and other damage to his left knee, Burrow has been making great progress as he looks to be ready for Week 1 of his sophomore season.
Thanks to the folks at Black Sheep Fitness in Cincinnati, we’ve been getting a look at Burrow’s recovery and the progress he’s made while working out with fellow teammates Drew Sample and Akeem Davis-Gaither. In a recent video they posted, Burrow is seen doing leg-strengthening workouts as he’s set to resume throwing and running on an underwater treadmill soon.
Here is a video of those three working out (via All Bengals’ James Rapien).
