Bengals announce reveal date for new jerseys

The wait is nearly over to see what the #NewStripes are all about.

Monday, April 19th at 9 AM ET is when the Bengals will reveal their new uniforms.

If you’ve been following Bengals Twitter king Joe Goodberry, you’d have known this date was going to be the one. Goodberry has been teasing an April 19th reveal for the past several days now.

But, the jerseys aren’t exactly a secret anymore. The black and orange versions were leaked over a month ago on eBay, albeit in a horribly presentable way. We know the basic concept of what they look like, but we’ve yet to see them on an actual player wearing pads with the classic striped-helmet and the pants. We don’t even know if the pants will be much different or different at all.

We’ll get our answers Monday morning when team reporter Marissa Contipelli and former wide receiver T.J. Houshmanzadeh go live to reveal the new threads for Bengaldom. The Bengals pro shop will also begin selling the jerseys at that time as well.
