NFL Draft Video Profile: Jabril Cox is a great coverage LB that Bengals should target

Breaking down LSU backer Jabril Cox for the 2021 NFL Draft.

Jabril Cox Draft Profile

Jabril Cox was a 0-star recruit coming out of high school. But after multiple years of massive success at North Dakota State, he decided to transfer to play with the big boys at LSU.

Immediately it was clear that he would fit in, not looking like any lesser of an athlete or a player than any of the players at a school that won the 2020 College Football Playoff title.

Cox is best at something the Cincinnati Bengals have been badly lacking from their linebackers which is coverage ability. He could instantly come in and help the Bengals in pass coverage situations especially.

  • Height: 6’3”
  • Weight: 232 pounds
  • Arms: 32.375”
  • Hands: 9”

Cox has not done his testing yet, but I expect each drill to be average or slightly above average.

If you want to hear my full thoughts on Jabril Cox, then check out the video above where I break down his play.
