The Cincinnati Bengals, according to Jay Morrison of The Athletic, will have Anthony Munoz announce the team’s third-round pick in the 2021 NFL draft.

The pick will be the 69th-overall selection in the draft, and it’ll come after a few exciting rounds for the Bengals. The Bengals will likely take either Penei Sewell or Ja’Marr Chase to open up the draft as they have the No. 5 overall pick.

With one pick in each round, the team is expected to pick up a few big-name talents. Having Munoz there will be a major positive as it’s always nice to see franchise legends continue to rep their city.

It feels like everyone gets a kick out of Chad Johnson’s continued support for Cincinnati. As for Munoz, he’s the best offensive lineman in team history. An 11-time Pro Bowl tackle, Munoz was elected to the NFL’s All-Pro team nine times as well.

He was inducted into the Hall of Fame over 20 years ago as his time as a dominant tackle came from 1980-1992. During his 13 seasons, he only missed being awarded for his play in his first and last.

Munoz was that good, and it’s exciting that he’ll be announcing the pick for Cincinnati.
