The Cincinnati Bengals are banking hard on their 2021 draft making a major impact in Year 1.
So far, so good in terms of the preseason, as two of their top three picks made big plays in the first half of their clash with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
It began early in the first quarter when rookie defensive end made easy work of stalwart tackle Tristan Wirfs to help Trey Hendrickson sack the GOAT known as Tom Brady.
Pretty good start to @joseph_ossai & Trey Hendrickson's time in Cincinnati.

Ossai, a third-round pick out of Texas, has been impressing in training camp and already looks like the No. 3 pass-rusher behind Hendrickson and Sam Hubbard. Ossai had several other pressures in the first half while looking like the previous No. 58, Carl Lawson.
As for No. 5 overall pick Ja’Marr Chase, he got limited snaps in his first pro game, which is the case with most starters. Chase still managed to make his first NFL catch on a screen play that saw former first-round pick Jonah Williams pancake a Bucs defender.
Welcome to the League, Ja'Marr!
