The Cincinnati Bengals have announced their 53-man roster, as well as all the moves it took to get down to that number.
Defensive end Joseph Ossai was placed on the Reserve/Injured list after injuring his wrist and knee in the preseason. He cannot get the IR-return designation because he was not on the initial 53-man roster.
Offensive tackle Hakeem Adeniji and defensive end Wyatt Hubert were placed on the Reserve/Non-Football Injury list, as they were injured in offseason workouts. They are actually still eligible to return to the active roster after six weeks.
The Bengals terminated the contracts of four vested veterans in defensive tackle Mike Daniels, tight end Mason Screck, defensive end Noah Spence, and wide receiver Trent Taylor. They are not subject to waivers and are now free to sign with any team.
