Joe Burrow is simply getting it done this year. Fans are perhaps most excited about the deep passes to Ja’Marr Chase, but he’s also been extremely efficient in the place it matters most: the red zone.
According to lineups.com, Burrow has completed five of six red zone passes (83.3%) for four touchdowns and zero interceptions. And the closer you get to the end zone, the better it gets.
Inside ten yards, the second year QB is a perfect five of five with four touchdowns. And he’s three of three with two touchdowns inside five yards.
On account of his incredible efficiency inside the twenty, Burrow is now PFF’s top passer in the red zone, with a grade of 140.3.
