It’s finally here.
The Cincinnati Bengals’ lone primetime game takes place tonight in the Queen City, as the Jacksonville Jaguars have invaded Paul Brown Stadium in search of their first win of the Urban Meyer era. The Bengals are looking to win their third game already this season after not hitting that mark until Week 15 of the 2020 season.
Tonight is a very special night, as the Bengals’ first Ring of Honor class will be inducted. The inaugural class features Ken Anderson, Paul Brown, Anthony Muñoz and Ken Riley. They’ll be inducted during a halftime ceremony featuring a video tribute, the official unveiling of the names of the inductees on the stadium’s east facade, and a special jacket presentation.
Additionally, the Bengals will recognize the 40th anniversary of the 1981 team’s Super Bowl appearance. Around 40 members of ‘81 squad are present at the game.
