Bengals vs. Vikings Injury Report: Justin Jefferson and Ja’Marr Chase go limited

Both are likely to play this week.

The Cincinnati Bengals held their first real practice Wednesday following Tuesday’s walkthrough and estimated injury report. As things currently stand, the Bengals should have most of, if not the entire 53-man roster able to play vs. the Minnesota Vikings.

After getting a DNP Tuesday, Ja’Marr Chase (ankle) went limited today and is expected to play this week.

Joe Bachie (oblique) was today’s only DNP.

Tyler Boyd (foot/ankle) and DJ Turner II (ankle) went limited.

Jake Browning (forearm), Mitchell Wilcox (knee), and Chidobe Awuzie (shoulder) went full.

As for Minnesota, Justin Jefferson (chest) says he will play this week. He’s been limited in two straight practices.

Alexander Mattison (ankle) got another DNP and looks highly questionable to play this week, as does Jalen Nailor (concussion) and Brian O’Neill (ankle).

Ed Ingram (hip) was upgraded to full participant, while Dalton Risner (ankle) got another limited session.

Chris Reed (illness) got a DNP after not being listed on Tuesday’s injury report. That makes three starting offensive linemen and a backup battling injuries ahead of Saturday’s game.
