Zac Taylor speaks the truth about the Bengals without Joe Burrow

The Cincinnati Bengals have found their groove over the last few weeks with Jake Browning under center.

The Bengals have now been without star quarterback Joe Burrow for three full games and the team is 2-1 through that stretch.

Burrow is one of the biggest franchise pieces in all of the NFL, but the rest of the roster in Cincinnati has shown up when the team needed it the most.

The Bengals have not only won back-to-back games but have beaten two playoff-caliber opponents in the Jaguars and Colts.

This week, head coach Zac Taylor shared his thoughts about how his team has played in the absence of Burrow, and it’s 100% facts.

“We have a lot of talent on this team. We have a lot of leadership on this team. I think Joe Burrow is one of the greatest players to walk this Earth. But we still do have other great players that can step up and help us win football games,” Taylor stated.

This is a powerful quote and one that players in the Bengals locker room will appreciate, which is what makes Taylor such a special head coach.

The team will need to continue stacking wins late in order to make a playoff push, and the last few weeks have shown a new life in the Jungle.
