Between Joe Burrow’s season-ending injury, underperformance, and a 5-6 record, the Cincinnati Bengals, who entered the 2023 season among the favorites to win Super Bowl 58, have been among one of the NFL’s biggest disappointments.

As the team plays its final seven games without its star quarterback with a schedule that features the 8-3 Jacksonville Jaguars, 6-5 Indianapolis Colts, 6-6 Minnesota Vikings, 7-4 Pittsburgh Steelers, 8-3 Kansas City Chiefs, and 7-4 Cleveland Browns, there’s a good chance more losses are on the way and with that could come a top 10 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Per the Athletic’s Austin Mock and Chris Burke, the Bengals’ projected win total to finish the 2023 season is 6.7. That would give the team the ninth overall pick in the draft per the duo’s projections.

If the season ended today, the Bengals would be picking 15th in the 2024 draft, and per the Athletic’s Dane Brugler, they are projected to select Washington wide receiver Rome Odunze.
