Tensions are high as the Cincinnati Bengals are battling with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Ja’Marr Chase got in a small fight with some of the Chiefs defense in the second quarter of the Cincinnati - Kansas City game. A fight is a strong word for the matter, though, as it was mainly just a few shoves.

While Chase and the offense didn’t generate many yards, they did take a lead into the half. Chase ended the first two quarters with one reception for 24 yards.

That said, he also had an impact in jawing with the entire Kansas City defense early in the second quarter.

Here’s a video of the play that received offsetting penalties.

Chase has been among the best wide receivers in the NFL this season, so it is very understandable that he gets in the head of every opponent he faces. However, Chase has been limited against Kansas City so far Sunday.

Let’s hope that changes in half No. 2.
