The Cincinnati Bengals shocked the world by defeating the 8-3 Jacksonville Jaguars on the road on Monday Night Football without star quarterback Joe Burrow.

Now the Bengals come home to face off against the 7-5 Indianapolis Colts, but Vegas still isn’t sure about Jake Browning and company.

According to DraftKings, the Colts are one-point favorites against the Bengals in Paycor Stadium for Week 14.

In addition, DraftKings has early odds for Week 15 when the Bengals host the Minnesota Vikings. That spread is Vikings -1, so the Bengals are projected to be home underdogs for the next two weeks.

The Bengals did the Colts a favor by beating the Jaguars on Monday Night Football, as it decreased Jacksonville’s lead over the AFC South. The Colts are very much in the playoff picture and are currently sitting as the AFC’s 6-seed.

The Bengals (6-6) are in the hunt for a Wild Card spot still, and a win on Sunday would put them closer to their goal of getting into the post season. While the AFC North is technically still available for teams other than the Ravens, it’s likely that without Burrow, the Bengals’ best chance at postseason play is by getting in as a Wild Card team.

There are only three of those, and the Bengals and Colts both have their eye on one.

Sunday should be a fun one in the Queen City that will have major ramifications for the 2023 NFL Playoffs, hopefully in a good way for Cincinnati.
