Andy Dalton ‘s contract was extended on August 4th 2014.

AJ Green’s extension happened on September 11, 2015, 2 days before the season started.

Atkinson and Dunlap were extended August 28, 2018.

It appears the important ones happen just before the season starts, and given AJ’s was last minute, I’d expect to see at least one and likely 2 announcements this week.
