The Cincinnati Bengals secured their first win of the young season on Monday night against the Los Angeles Rams, 19-16.

The Bengals defense was stellar, shutting down and standing tall against the Rams offense.

Cincinnati linebacker Logan Wilson shined under the ‘White Bengal’ lights at Paycor Stadium, tallying not one but two interceptions.

Wilson has now logged two games with multiple interceptions, Monday night and Pittsburgh back in 201.

Wilson shared his thoughts after the multi-interception game.

“I’m blessed being in the right place at the right time and taking advantage of those opportunities when they come to you because they’re rare in this league. I’m big on as many times that we can get the ball back to our offense, the better off we’re going to be,” said Wilson via Cincinnati Bengals Talk.

The Bengals were in desperate need of a win to prevent a disastrous 0-3 start, so Wilson knew he had to bring his A game.

“You always want to get back in the win column. You don’t want to go 0-3 to start the season. Your chances of getting into the playoffs obviously are pretty slim. We understood that, and we kind of viewed this as a game we needed to win anyway in front of our home crowd.

The Bengals defense also tallied six sacks and and seven tackles for loss.

Dax Hill, Sam Hubbard, Trey Hendrickson, DJ Reader, and BJ Hill were all credited with sacks.

As Burrow continues to look to get healthy, it is crucial the Bengals defense continues to help the offense as much as possible.
