It very well could have been the final time Cincinnati Bengals fans saw Tyler Boyd in stripes on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns.

Boyd has been with the Bengals throughout his entire professional career but is set to hit free agency this offseason.

It is pretty clear his time might be over in Cincinnati with the cap space and bigger holes in the roster outside of the receiver room.

When asked about his future by reporters after the Bengals' win over the Browns, here’s what Boyd had to say.

“I’m just glad to be part of such a prestigious team. To see where I started and how it ended, it’s just surreal. You started super low, wasn’t good enough.”

Boyd continued by saying, “I stuck around, always continued to battle and make plays, and be there for my teammates. My team got different players, and we got good. Make a run to the Super Bowl, won the AFC Championship. Been an achievement I always wanted to live my life. Now, I’m at this stage in my life, I’m not sure what’s going to happen.”

Boyd has been a key piece to the turnaround in Cincinnati and has been a stellar slot receiver for the Bengals since being drafted.

Most importantly, he had a winning mindset and helped transform the culture in the Bengals locker room since he arrived.

As of right now, no one is certain of Boyd’s future, but no matter what, he will always be one of my favorite Bengals ever.
