Despite being questionable this week, Bengals cornerback Leon Hall and defensive end Michael Johnson will play Sunday against the Buffalo Bills, according to Ian Rapoport with the NFL Network.
Michael Johnson, who complained of concussion-like symptoms against the Cleveland Browns, sat last week against the New England Patriots. After sitting out on Wednesday and Thursday, Johnson was cleared before Friday's practice when he fully participated.
Cornerback Leon Hall suffered a hamstring injury late against the Green Bay Packer and sat against the Browns and Patriots. He was a limited participant on Wednesday and Thursday before being upgraded as a full participant on Friday.
Bills running back C.J. Spiller, also questionable after being limited all week, is expected to play according to Rapoport. Spiller had "improved steadily" throughout the week.
