Before we get to it, a couple of things that stood out.
Terence Newman exited the game in the second half with an injury, which accounts for Adam Jones having more snaps. Eventually Newman returned, which you probably saw when the Bills tied the game at 24 with around a minute remaining. Safety George Iloka continues to dominate the snap count on defense. He leads the team with 407 total defensive snaps, having only missed two all season.
Giovani Bernard participated in 50 offensive snaps for the second time in three games. Bernard now has more snaps (215) than BenJarvus Green-Ellis (199) on the season. Orson Charles played his first offensive snap on Sunday since Chicago, having gone without an offensive snap against the Steelers, Packers, Browns and Patriots. Tight end Alex Smith had a season-high 17 snaps.
