As the Bengals continue to make the NFL Draft the bread-and-butter of the foundation to their team, Pro Day attendance is a must. They have been furiously making the rounds at these events and were in attendance at Penn State on Thursday.
Penn State pro day NFL teams I've seen represented: Steelers, Eagles, Bills, Rams, Bucs, Ravens, Jets, Browns, Bengals, Dolphins (and more)

Given the in flux situation with the Bengals' tight end corps at the moment, they could be looking at Jesse James. The 6'7", 261-pound James is slated to be a mid-round prospect in this year's draft. As a junior last season, James had 36 catches for 396 yards and four receiving touchdowns. He also ran a 4.83 in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine.
Per SB Nation's Penn State blog, "Black Shoe Diaries", other notable prospects likely at the Pro Day workout were offensive lineman Donovan Smith, Linebacker Mike Hull, and defensive back Adrian Amos-- all Combine invitees.
