Bengals TE Jermaine Gresham may sit against the Ravens

Cincinnati Bengals tight end Jermaine Gresham sat during Friday's practice, raising concerns that he'll miss Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Cincinnati Bengals tight end Jermaine Gresham sat during Friday's practice with a groin injury, increasing the belief that Cincinnati won't have their starting tight end when they meet the Ravens in Baltimore on Sunday.

It's the second time that he's sat out during practice, following Wednesday's limited session earlier this week. There's no information regarding Gresham one way or the other, but these are the type of injuries that are concerning because that hints something had happened during practice which forced him to sit towards the end of the week.

Linebacker Rey Maualuga and defensive tackle Devon Still sat on Friday, mirroring their participation from Wednesday and Thursday. Both appear to be out for Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.

Offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth was a full participation on Thursday and figures to be ready, as do running back Giovani Bernard, linebacker Michael Boley and offensive guard Kevin Zeitler, all of whom were limited this week.

The official practice and injury report will be released later on Friday.
