As the Cincinnati Bengals transferred to the indoor practice bubble at the University of Cincinnati, the entire roster practiced on Friday as the team prepares for a significant game against the Indianapolis Colts. It's the second time in as many days as the entire roster practiced.
The biggest question mark was Kevin Zeitler, who had missed two games with a foot injury that he sustained in the fourth quarter against the Baltimore Ravens. Zeitler was a limited participant on Thursday but spent Wednesday on the sidelines doing some work with the training staff (presumably to help him rebuild his conditioning after being out for three weeks, including the bye).
Now the curious-minded want to see how the Bengals configure their offensive line this weekend after the impressive successes following Andrew Whitworth's shift to left guard. Will Mike Pollak shift to left guard with Zeiter returning, moving Whitworth back to left tackle? Or will the team replace Pollak with Zeitler outright and leave the rest of Cincinnati's configuration from San Diego alone?
The other concern was Andrew Hawkins, who is dealing with a sore hamstring and limited on Wednesday and Thursday. However, players returning in the middle of the season after being out for a significant amount of time tend to deal with hamstring issues after their biggest contribution in a game. The same thing happened with Michael Boley, who was an October street free agent and missed several games with a hamstring after replacing Rey Maualuga against the Jets.
