Say good bye to Reid Fragel.
At least it's confirmed later. According to his twitter account, Fragel tweets about receiving a new opportunity with the Cleveland Browns.
Grateful for my experience in Cincinnati, but I am very excited about my new opportunity as a Cleveland Brown!

This can only mean that the Cleveland Browns signed Fragel off of the Cincinnati Bengals practice squad. According to NFL rules, Fragel can only be signed onto Cleveland's 53-man roster and remain there for at least three weeks.
Fragel was a former seventh-round draft pick by the Bengals but was unable to stick on the 53-man roster.
Cincinnati brought him back on the team's practice squad, hoping to develop him as the next big man that could play the sixth offensive lineman in jumbo packages. Considering that he played some tight end early during his Ohio State career, Fragel added a dynamic in those situations.
UPDATE: Confirmed.
#Browns also signed rookie OT Reid Fragel off the #Bengals practice squad. Re-signed WR Tori Gurley to the practice squad.
