Bengals workout three defensive linemen on Monday

The Cincinnati Bengals held workouts for several defensive linemen, including Aston Whiteside who was signed onto the team's practice squad.

The Cincinnati Bengals signed first-year player, defensive end Aston Whiteside on Monday and released DeQuin Evans from the team's practice squad to make room.

Cincinnati also held workouts on Monday with defensive end Marcus Dixon, defensive tackle Ra'Shon Harris and defensive tackle Zach Minter, according to Joe Reedy with the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Minter is a rookie that originally signed with the Chicago Bears as a college free agent following the 2013 NFL draft. He made his NFL debut last month against the New York Giants before being waived. Dixon was a former college free agent for the Dallas Cowboys in 2008 with stints in New York (Jets) and Kansas City. Harris is a former sixth-round pick with the Steelers who has had three stints with them, along with stops in Buffalo and Carolina.
