Bengals waive Chris Pressley and PUP'ed Zac Robinson

The Cincinnati Bengals made a handful of moves with players that have spent most of the season on the PUP list.

The Cincinnati Bengals have waived full back Chris Pressley, the team announced on Tuesday. After he was made eligible to begin practicing in mid-November, the Bengals had three weeks to place him on the 53-man roster but that window expired. Unfortunately, because he was added as a roster exemption and allowed to practice, he wasn't eligible to return to the Physically Unable to Perform list. Once he clears waivers, he'll head to Injured Reserve.

Pressley suffered a season-ending knee injury late last year against the Philadelphia Eagles; though we're not sure how hard the team really considers having a natural fullback, considering the shoulders that they shrug when discussions revolve around fullbacks. "Hey, we've got Domata... which is like, so close to DOMINATION."

The team also announced that they've decided to keep quarterback Zac Robinson, another fellow on the PUP list from training camp, on PUP, which marks the end of his season. Robinson, who wasn't medically cleared to begin practicing, had been dealing with an elbow injury that predates training camp.
