Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Michael Johnson approached the team's training staff following Cincinnati's 17-6 loss to the Cleveland Browns, complaining about symptoms regarding a possible concussion. Johnson will undergo concussion protocols, which could keep him out this Sunday against the New England Patriots.
If not longer.
Cornerback Brandon Ghee was forced to sit for two preseason games and three regular season games with his concussion. Defensive end Carlos Dunlap missed the entire preseason.
Johnson, currently with 1.5 quarterback sacks and 13 tackles this season, is playing with the franchise tag and will become a free agent after this season.
