If the Cincinnati Bengals go for a quarterback on Friday, there's a chance that the name called at the podium will be Pittsburgh quarterback Tom Savage. There's no concrete indication/information; mostly idle speculation. And by chance, it's higher than 0.0001 percent. However, CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora tweets that Cincinnati "could be a landing spot for Savage".
If the Pats take a QB, obviously we'd hear even more about Mallett to the Texans. Bengals could be landing spot for Savage as well

If that happened, we'd expect the reaction from most Cincinnati Bengals fans would be similar to:
Mel Kiper Jr. released a second-round mock draft that has Cincinnati selecting Savage.
Cincinnati gets a big-armed developmental prospect at QB, with Andy Dalton still not locked down long term.
I'm just the messenger.
