The 2015 regular season has ended in the NFL and for 20 less fortunate teams, it's time to start looking ahead at the NFL Draft. A flurry of events will take place in the winter and spring months before teams partake in the seven-round affair to bolster their rosters.

With the regular season now over, the NFL has released the official order for the 20 non-playoff teams for the draft.

Based on the current win-loss records of the playoff teams, the teams picking 21-32 currently are:

21      Washington Redskins 9-7

22      Houston Texans 9-7

23      Seattle Seahawks 10-6

24      Pittsburgh Steelers 10-6

25     Green Bay Packers 10-6

26     Kansas City Chiefs 11-5

27     Minnesota Vikings 11-5

28     Cincinnati Bengals 12-4

29     Denver Broncos 12-4

30     Arizona Cardinals 13-3

31     Carolina Panthers 15-1

**      New England Patriots 12-4 (No First Round Pick in 2016)

We're keeping away from mock drafts until the Bengals' season officially ends, but Dan Kadar at SB Nation's Mocking the Draft did put out his first Mock Draft for 2016. In it, he has the Bengals taking Ohio State wide receiver Michael Thomas at No. 28. The reasoning is that both Mohamed Sanu and Marvin Jones are set to become free agents after this season. Thomas had 781 receiving yards and nine touchdowns for the Buckeyes this season.
