Packers at Bengals Inactive List

The Bengals inactive list (and thus 46-man game-day roster) is released.

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

Bengals cornerback Adam Jones, questionable with an abdominal, will play on Sunday but it's unknown for how much -- or if he'll even be on the punt return team as Cincinnati's most dynamic runner. This may be the reason that Cincinnati activated wide receiver Dane Sanzenbacher for the first time this year, giving the team a punt returner to replace Jones, who will be limited to defense. Also active are the team's most recent additions in cornerbacks Curtis Marsh and Chris Lewis-Harris.

Unfortunately, backup offensive tackle Anthony Collins (knee) will sit out Sunday, leaving rookie Tanner Hawkinson as Andrew Whitworth's backup -- if they're looking to rotate Whitworth out for a couple of possessions. Joining Collins will be Brandon Ghee (concussion), Dre Kirkpatrick (hamstring), and Mike Pollak (knee), who are out with injuries. Running back Rex Burkhead and wide receiver Ryan Whalen fills out the team's inactive list against the Packers. Rookie defensive end Margus Hunt is also out, despite the team losing Robert Geathers for the year with an elbow injury.

As for the Packers, running back Eddie Lacy (concussion) is out, leaving two James Starks and Johnathan Franklin as Green Bay's lone running backs against the Bengals. Joining Lacy is safety Morgan Burnett (hamstring), full back John Kuhn (hamstring) and cornerbacks Casey Hayward (hamstring) and Jarrett Bush (hamstring). Guard Lane Taylor and defensive end Josh Boyd completes the entire inactive list.
