Well Bengals and Inside the Jungle fans, it's that time of year again. The time of year we thank you for your tremendous support for this podcast. Your generosity, your devotion, your kindness. Over the years we've received some amazing compliments about the show, the impact it has on your life. It's humbling and I can honestly speak for Anthony, Scott, and Mickey when I say, THANK YOU. YOU make this show a blast to do each and every week. It feels just like yesterday we joined the CincyJungle team and we're blessed to have met some great new friends along the way. This week I'm joined by Scott and Anthony. We recapped the Bengals win over the 49ers by offering up our best and worst from Sunday. What was your best and worst from Sunday's game? Leave your comments below!
We discussed the first start of the temporary AJ McCarron. Was he great? No. Was he bad? Not really. He was, meh. The offensive line and the running backs didn't exactly help his cause. The most important thing was the team won.
Congrats to the newest 5 Bengals to make the Pro Bowl. AJ Green (5th), Andrew Whitworth (2nd), Tyler Eifert (1st), Reggie Nelson (1st), Geno Atkins (4th) all made this years team. Were there some snubs? No Dalton? Dunlap? Adam Jones?
We also looked ahead to Monday's game against the Broncos. The Broncos completely collapsed last weekend in Pittsburgh and have lost two in a row. Yes their defense is great, but it's gets tired when it's on the field all the time due to the offense doing nothing in the 2nd halves of games.
