When I came up with the idea of starting a Bengals podcast back in 2010, I never in my wildest dreams thought the show would ever become what it is today. My buddy Andy Barch and I set out to record the first episode right around the time Terrell Owens signed with the Bengals. That might have been the worst year to start a Bengals podcast. We endured a 10 game losing streak, we thought Marvin Lewis's contract wouldn't be renewed and little did we know that we would never see Carson Palmer again in a Bengals uniform that first season. But here we are years later. Marvin's still coaching this team and they haven't missed the playoffs since Palmer quit on them. It's been a great journey these 5 years. The show's been a Podcast Awards finalist 4 years running and we've become friends with Bengals fans around the world. Here's to the next 5 years of Inside the Jungle!
