Tecmo Bowl Futures - Bengals Vs. Lions

You can go anywhere on the web and find what the experts think the outcome of any game will be. I have my own expert. She was born in 1991 and has had my heart ever since. Her name, Tecmo Super Bowl.

This week the Bengals roll into the 'D' to face the Detroit Lions. I once again turn to Tecmo for what to expect in the game.

The Lions start with the ball and Matthew Stafford throws an interception to give the Bengals the ball and great field position.

The Bengals capitalize with a pass from Andy Dalton to A.J. Green.

The Bengals defense came to play and Stafford is sacked by Domata Peko and Rey Maualuga. Matt Stafford is forced to leave the game with an injury.

The Bengals force a punt and Andy Dalton is sacked by Deandre Levy. He then throws a redzone interception. The Lions have the ball but their backs are against the endzone.

James Harrison comes up big and records a safety. Two points and the Bengals get the ball.

On the kick, Marvin Jones returns for a touchdown.

The Lions finally get on the board with a field goal.

The Bengals waste no time scoring again on a long pass from Dalton to Green.

The Lions do nothing on their next posession and are forced to punt.

At the half the Bengals lead 23 - 3

To start the second half, Marvin Jones once again takes the kick back for a score.

The Lions then drive all the way down to the Bengals 5 yard line. However, the Bengals defense stands strong and keeps the Lions from getting into the endzone. They are forced to settle for a field goal.

The Bengals continue to pour it on as Giovani Bernard adds another touchdown and at the end of 3 the Bengals lead 37-6.

The Lions finally show life in garbage time by adding two more touchdowns from Shaun Hill to Calvin Johnson.

It's not enough to overcome the Bengals today as they cruise to an easy victory on the road.
