Tecmo Bowl Futures - Vikings At Bengals

You can go anywhere on the web and find what the experts think the outcome of any game will be. I have my own expert. She was born in 1991 and has had my heart ever since. Her name, Tecmo Super Bowl.

This Sunday the Bengals face the Minnesota Vikings in a matchup that could have huge post season implications. As we have discussed the many scenarios on this site we know one thing. It is important the Bengals win. So let's turn our eyes to Tecmo and see what the future holds.


As anyone could have guessed, the Vikings feature running back Adrian Peterson on their opening drive. He easily moves the ball down the field and puts it into the endzone for a touchdown.

The Vikings defense comes out strong and stuffs Cincinnati on the back of a Kevin Williams sack. This forces the Bengals to punt.

The Vikings next drive stalls as Rey Maualuga records a sack and Minnesota punts the ball back to Cincinnati.

At the end of 1 the Vikings lead 7 - 0.


Pinned back, the Bengals Giovanni Bernard is brought down in the endzone for a safety.


The Bengals defense plays tough again and forces the Vikings to settle for a field goal.

Pinned back again, Andy Dalton is sacked in the end zone by Xavier Rhodes for the Vikings second safety.

Once again, the Bengals defense does it's part as James Harrison records a sack. The Vikings punt away to the Bengals.

On the opening drive of the second half, the Bengals lose Bernard to injury and are forced to punt.

The Vikings fumble the return and it is scooped up by the Bengals Benjarvus Green-Ellis for the touchdown.

The Vikings quickly answer with another rushing touchdown from Adrian Peterson.
